SHIPPING COSTS

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your item(s) you can return them to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt. You will need to cover postage costs yourself unless there has been a fault with your item(s). In this case, plase email seanalecauld@gmail.com. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging. All products are the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back to the stated address. Once your return has arrived back, it will be processed within fourteen days of receipt. We do not accept exchanges.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders placed on seanalecauld.com can be cancelled within 12 hours after ordering. In case of wanting to cancel an order, send us an email to seanalecauld@gmail.com indicating your name, the order number and the amount and we will process your refund, minus a 5% processing fee of the total order amount.
SHIPPING TIMES
Your item(s) will usually be dispatched within 3–5 working days of receiving your order. Once shipped you will receive a dispatch email from us. If you need your item quicker, send us an email to seanalecauld@gmail.com to arrange this.
Shipping Services: All domestic, European and International orders are shipped using DHL or Royal Mail.
Shipping Times: Shipping times are estimates only.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will typically take between:
1–2 Working Days for UK orders
2–5 Working Days for European orders
3–7 Working Days for International orders
TAXES & CUSTOMS
For certain European and International orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once your goods have reached the delivery destination. Any additional charges accrued for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over import duties and taxes and suggest that you contact your local customs office for further information.
